این شرکت به منظور ارتقای دانش فنی و کاهش وابستگی به واردات در زمینی به وسعت 62 هزار متر مربع با سالنهای مدرن و مجهز تولید به وسعت 32 هزار متر مربع در شهر صنعتی هشتگرد تاسیس گردید.

با بهره برداری از خط تولید تمام اتوماتیک بردهای الکترونیکی طی سال 1374 اولین سری مانیتورهای LG ساخت این شرکت به بازار عرضه گردید. در ادامه روند توسعه، این شرکت در سال 1376 شروع به تولید چاپگرهای بانکی الیوتی نمود. در سال 1378 نیز تولید و عرضه اولین سری چاپگرهای اپسون ساخت ایران توسط این شرکت آغاز گردید و در ابتدای سال 1381 نمایشگرهای LCD ساخت شرکت وارد بازار شد.

همکاری نزدیک با کارخانجات LGE، الیوتی و اپسون و توافق های انجام شده مبنی بر انتقال دانش فنی و بکارگیری پیشرفته ترین ماشین آلات و تجهیزات تولیدی و عرضه تولیدات فوق تحت لیسانس کارخانجات مذکور گامی مثبت در جهت تامین نیازهای روز افزون جامعه به محصولات انفورماتیک و کاهش واردات این اقلام و ایجاد اشتغال می باشد.
